Fail the visa process here, not there.

JAPA is a simulation of the real thing. Pick a route, draw the events that actually happen — the agent with no licence, the statement that isn’t seasoned, the deadline that moves — and learn what a refusal is made of before it costs you anything.

EVENT CARD 07
“Express visa. Two weeks.”
01 · PLAY

A board, not a brochure

Eight stages per route. Money, days, documents and stress are all finite. Every card forces a choice with a consequence.

02 · LEARN

Every card cites the rule

Outcomes end with the actual requirement behind them, in plain words, with a link to the official source. Clear a stage and you can explain it.

03 · EARN

Study streaks, not spending

JAPA tokens accrue while you keep a learning streak, and buy things worth having: checklist packs, consultant Q&A seats, skipped waits.

THE LOOP

Four minutes to your first refusal.

Runs are short on purpose. You will lose a few before you clear one, and each loss teaches a specific requirement.

1

Pick a route

Study permit, skilled work, points-based. Each has its own budget, timeline and failure modes.

2

Draw the events

Agents, sponsors, embassy appointments, exchange rates. Three choices, one set of consequences.

3

Clear the stage

Pass the checkpoint quiz to bank the stage. Fail it and the stage restarts with your losses intact.

4

Keep the checklist

Finish a route and export the document list you built, in the order the real application asks for it.

WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

The knowledge agents charge you for.

How to check whether a consultant is licensed — in under ten minutes, for free
What proof of funds means, why lump sums get flagged, and how a sponsor letter fixes it
Which documents expire, which need translation, and the order to gather them in
What a refusal letter is actually telling you, and what changes before you reapply

JAPA IS EDUCATIONAL. IT IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE AND NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY GOVERNMENT. RULES CHANGE — EVERY LESSON LINKS THE OFFICIAL SOURCE AND CARRIES THE DATE IT WAS LAST CHECKED.

EARNING, HONESTLY

You mine by studying. That’s the whole mechanic.

Your rate rises with a learning streak and decays when you drop it. You can double it for a few hours by watching an ad; you cannot buy it. Tokens stay inside the game until a cash-out threshold, and they buy things that help the real application.

Fair questions

Is this actually a game, or a course in disguise? {{ s0 }}

A game. Resources, randomness, losing runs, a leaderboard per route. The lessons sit at the checkpoints, where you need them to keep playing — not in front of the fun.

Can I trust the migration information? {{ s1 }}

Every lesson links the official government page it came from and shows when it was last checked. Treat JAPA as orientation, then confirm your own case with the official source or a licensed professional.

Do I need to spend money to progress? {{ s2 }}

No. Every route and lesson is free. Purchases skip waits or unlock document packs and consultant seats — conveniences, never the content.

What can JAPA tokens really be used for? {{ s3 }}

In-game items, document packs, and time with a licensed consultant. Cash-out unlocks at 50,000 tokens. It is a reward for studying, not an income — and not an investment.

Your first run costs nothing. The real one won’t.
